Vince Wilfork, a defensive powerhouse who shared two Super Bowl victories with Brady during his 11-year tenure with the Patriots, didn't hold back. He openly chided Brady's comment as being "political," especially considering Brady's new role as a minority owner of the Las Vegas Raiders. "That's bull crap, Tom," Wilfork declared in an interview with Boston radio station WEEI. "All that political -- this ain't political. It ain't political, what it is. Raiders ain't in it. Say what it is, what you see."
Wilfork went on to elaborate, suggesting that if Brady truly considered himself a "Patriot for life," his allegiance should be clear. "At the end of the day, if you're a Patriot for life, you know what it is," Wilfork insisted. "Don't give me that political bull crap. That just what it is. If you don't think we're gonna win, just pick Seattle then. Don't straddle the fence."
